Policy, warranty, contact and refund information.
Refund/Return Policy - There are no refunds or
returns for
custom hat orders or gift certificates.
Warranties are not implied but will be covered on an individual basis.
**If you are sending us your personal hat to
customize, you must have it cleaned and blocked just like you want it!
No
exceptions!
Cancellations of any orders must be in writing (including receipt email) within 5 business days of placing
the order because we are a custom design shop and due to the cost of materials
and labor.
A 20% fee is applied for all custom hat design order changes after 5 days of
placing order.
Rush order fee of $50.00 per item.
Our custom hats take a minimum of two weeks for
completion, pending requested materials are on site. Please allow additional
time if orders are changed, added to or altered by the customer. Please inquire
at time of order for approximate delivery date and materials availability.
Delays due to holiday time orders or supply of material may occur but we will
contact the customer as our information is updated. Due to the cost of leathers,
hides, Swarovski crystals, hats and materials of custom work, payment in full is
expected at time of ordering. We are PayPal verified and accept all types of
payment.

We
prefer that you spend your hard-earned money on your custom product,
not inflated shipping costs!
Shipping is flat rate based on purchase totals.
Custom hats are $22 per hat. Each hat will be shipped
separately. (excluding visors)
Hats will be shipped in fortified hat boxes or 'Rubbermaid' bins for
protection if shipping overseas.
